The Thirty-Day Rule
Count 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Any request inside that span brings the item back free of charge.
Ready to Come Back
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging with tags and every accessory in place;
- Accompanied by your order number or another proof of purchase.
Staying Where They Are
- Gift cards;
- Goods sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
- Custom-made or personalized pieces;
- Items damaged through misuse after arrival.
Return, in Order
- First, the email. Your order number and reason go to .
- Then, the confirmation. Within 24-48 hours we verify eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Next, the parcel. Pack it securely and hand it to the carrier.
- Finally, the refund — already moving. It begins at the carrier's first scan; warehouse arrival has no vote.

Ship nothing until our reply lands. Parcels sent unarranged cannot be matched to an order and may forfeit their refund.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 3-7 business days; a few banks post a touch slower.

Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties — on orders, returns, or refunds — never reach xavmoreni customers. We carry them all.

Seven business days past approval and nothing showing?
