The First Step: Preparation
Payment cleared, your order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Weekend and U.S. holiday orders roll to the next business day, and a dispatch email marks the true departure.
The Wait Between Cities
Delivery generally takes 20-45 days from dispatch, shaped by destination and carrier pace. Orders across the United States and the United Kingdom usually arrive inside that span. If peak season stretches it, we will say so.
Money at Checkout
Past Thirty, Free
- $30.00 or more: shipping is free;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, displayed at checkout before payment.
Taxes and Duties: Never Yours
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never land on xavmoreni customers — we absorb every one. The checkout figure is the final figure, to the cent.
Where We Send
The United States and the United Kingdom, for now. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses sit outside our routes.
Tracking, Whenever Asked
The tracking number is born at the carrier's first scan. Email with your order number, and we will send the number, the carrier's link, and updates on any schedule you like.
Parcels That Stop Moving
Frozen mid-route, or the carrier declares it lost? Write to — verification done, we reship at no cost or refund in full. A lost parcel never turns into lost money here.
The Address, One Careful Look
Please read your delivery address carefully before paying. Parcels aimed at a mistyped address sit outside our responsibility; should one circle back, we reship the moment you confirm the correct details.
Several Boxes, One Order
Larger orders may split into several parcels across different days, always without extra charge. Each box carries its own tracking number — ask and we will share it.
